Boynton Mental Health

Whether you’ve been dealing with a mental health diagnosis for a while or are just struggling with being away from home for the first time, we’re here to help you navigate the changes that college brings.

Making Your Appointment:

Please contact Boynton Mental Health by phone (612-624-1444) or through MyBoynton Patient Portal to schedule your first appointment. Instructions will be provided about completing the required forms, and you will be scheduled to meet with a Brief Consultation Specialist for 20 to 30 minutes at a time that works for you.

The therapist will talk with you about your concerns, then schedule your next appointment with the most appropriate service for your needs. Students requesting to be seen for psychiatric medications and that have been previously treated outside of Boynton Health will be asked to complete a health release of information form (ROI). An ROI is required for any previous medication provider, intensive outpatient provider, or psychiatric hospital stay. Students who are currently receiving care can contact their providers via the MyBoynton patient portal or call the clinic to schedule follow-up appointments.
