Michael Broton, MD

Michael Broton is trained to provide high-quality care in family medicine and sports medicine. As a family medicine physician, Michael is equipped to diagnose and treat the common health issues that affect our community or act as a guide to advise and connect patients with additional diagnostic or treatment options. As a sports medicine physician, he is passionate about getting patients active and returning them to the physical activity they love after an injury. Michael has practiced medicine in Minneapolis for ten years, including in North Minneapolis and at the University of Minnesota. He is a former U of M team physician. He continues to support recreational and high school athletics in his spare time and supports a wide variety of sports. Michael believes we should all engage in lifelong physical activity due to its physical, emotional, and social benefits.
