Kate Elwell's favorite part of her work is supporting the University community in noticing how existing systems can be improved to promote equity and make the U a place where students' needs are centered. Kate grew up in New Jersey and chose Minnesota as her home; any sunny day year-round, you'll find her running (slowly) and daydreaming of the ocean.
