I have worked in mental health since 2004 providing therapy in a wide variety of settings. I enjoy working with people on a broad range of challenges including depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress management, LGBTQIA issues, and pain management.

I value working with people from multiple angles to address the various areas within their life that may be impacting their overall health and wellness. I tailor therapy to each individual utilizing a range of therapeutic methods including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Self-Compassion, Mindfulness, and education around practical neuroscience.
