Curious about mental health care or need same-day support?

Boynton Health offers no cost, confidential conversations with a counselor Mondays - Fridays, so you can talk to someone and make a plan. No appointment needed, no documentation on your health record, and you will not receive a bill. 

Single Session Conversations and Let's Talk Consultations are not a substitute for therapy or formal counseling and do not constitute mental health treatment. Single Session conversations take place in person at various locations on the East Bank, West Bank, and St. Paul campus. These one-time, 45-minute conversations with counselors are confidential, no cost, and can help you address a specific stressor or make a plan for next steps. 

How to Get Started with Single Session Conversations

Show up in person to a session listed on our schedule. Check in at the front desk if available. If not, grab a number and slide it under the door to let the counselor know someone is waiting for them. The counselor will be with you as soon as they become available. Conversations cannot start in the final 15 minutes before a session ends.

Let’s Talk Consultations are brief virtual conversations with a counselor held over Zoom to connect students with resources and referrals. These one-time conversations are confidential, no cost, and can get you connected to resources in 20 minutes or less. 

How to Get Started with Let's Talk Consultations

Join the Let’s Talk zoom link when a Let’s Talk session is listed on the schedule below to enter the waiting room for the counselor. You will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis. Zoom waiting rooms are only monitored during scheduled sessions.
