You can access the Health Coverage Declaration by logging into MyU, clicking “Key Links” at the top of the page, and then clicking “Student Center.” You should see an automatic pop up message when you enter the student center if you have not completed this step yet.
If students take NO action to provide proof of insurance before before the above due date, they will automatically be enrolled in the Student Health Benefit Plan and billed.
Students on the Student Health Benefit Plan can access a virtual or temporary insurance ID card. For instructions on how to do so, visit the Office of Student Health Benefits’ website.
