Bio

Reiko is a licensed psychologist who graduated from University of Minnesota. Her therapeutic approach is informed by evidence-based frameworks and emphasizes collaboration, and cultural responsiveness. She utilizes modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution focused brief therapy (SFBT), modern psychodynamic therapy, cognitive processing therapy for post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and exposure and response prevention (ERP). Drawing on her experience as a former international student, Reiko brings a unique perspective to supporting students navigating cultural adjustment and identity development. She has expertise in addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep concerns, and life transitions.
