Nicole Pierce-Risvold, LPCC

Nicole has a passion for working with students of all identities, and meeting people where they are at. She incorporates a variety of modalities into her services and believes in focusing on relationships, students’ needs, and goals that allow students to define success from their own lens. Nicole's career and clinical work has been with learners, and rooted in educational settings. As a Latina woman, she has taken active steps in working with BIPOC providers to ensure mental health services are equitable and accessible. Nicole works as an embedded counselor in the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry.
