Bio

Kathleen (Katy) Miller is a specialist in adolescent medicine and sees patients ages 12-30 at Boynton Health. Her areas of expertise include primary care for adolescent and young adult patients, diagnosis of eating disorders, gender affirming care, sexual and reproductive health, and global health. She is committed to principles of reproductive justice and trauma-informed care in her clinical practice. She is a World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) v8 certified provider in gender health, and is comfortable managing PrEP, doxy PEP, contraception, and menstrual suppression for trans and gender non-conforming individuals. She enjoys working with young adults as they navigate challenges with mental health, and manages anxiety, depression, and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in the primary care setting. She has experience working with immigrant patients and international students, and has worked extensively in Latin America and East Africa. She speaks English and Spanish.
