Bio

Jeremy Goldberg is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and psychotherapist. Jeremy blends humor and metaphor to create a warm, compassionate, inclusive, non-judgmental space to make therapy approachable. He specializes in neurodivergence, sleep, anxiety, supporting queer and trans identities, couples counseling, chronic pain/medical issues, and navigating life transitions. Jeremy supports all students and has experience working with BIPOC, queer, trans, and international students.

Jeremy sees therapy as a flexible, collaborative path towards goals specific to you that may shift and change over time. He takes a direct, conversational approach using therapeutic methods including acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia, and self-compassion to generate flexible thinking, and provides tools to manage complex thoughts and emotions.

Jeremy became motivated by the idea of helping people thrive through developmental and circumstantial changes, making difficult times easier and giving everyone a chance to live the life they want.
