Bio

Dr. Chris Pensinger grew up in South Minneapolis and attended the University of Minnesota, first as an undergraduate majoring in Microbiology, then as a medical student, and most recently as a graduate student in Health Informatics. As an undergraduate, he was a Resident Assistant at Frontier Hall and a Teaching Assistant for the School of Public Health. Dr. Pensinger completed his residency at Smiley’s Clinic in Minneapolis and has since practiced in Elk River, Zimmerman, Princeton, and Eagan, Minnesota. He is boarded in Family Medicine and Clinical Informatics. His professional interests include epidemiology, health care administration, and optimization of electronic health records.
