Prevention Advocates

About Prevention Advocates

Prevention Advocates are fraternity and sorority members who lead sexual assault prevention efforts within their chapter. They facilitate workshops on consent, bystander intervention, supporting survivors and other relevant topics for members of their chapter. Prevention Advocates also lead other changes within their chapters to ensure safer events, more inclusive environments, and healthier cultures. Prevention Advocates commit to serving in the role for the entire academic year and meet regularly to learn, connect with their peers, and get support to apply new skills that aid in creating positive change.
