Group Health Coaching

Attending group sessions can help you explore your personal goals while finding support and shared experiences with others. No appointment necessary. Bring your lunch and drop in to any of our group coaching sessions. 

Earn 200 or 250 Wellbeing Program Points

Earn 200 points by attending five sessions, go to seven sessions and earn 250 points. Deadline August 31, 2019.

Sessions are held at locations on the St. Paul and Minneapolis campuses, topics vary by sessions. Check calendar below for details.
