I am a giant geeky gay goofball who lives in Minneapolis with my cat. I enjoy playing video games, board and card games, and tabletop roleplaying games, eating foods from around the world, reading fantasy novels, and watching sci-fi and fantasy movies and cartoons. I am passionate about working with LGBTQQIA clients, survivors of trauma, and working with geeks. I value working with a variety of clients, so if don't fall into those three categories, don't let that scare you off. My approach with clients is to identify the patterns that are not helpful in their lives, understanding what makes the patterns more or less likely to happen, what makes it worse and what helps, and then we identify possible solutions. If you have a curious mind, if you find comfort in structures where none exist, and honing structures that are already present, then I would likely be a good fit for you.
