About Me

I am originally from the east coast but have called Minneapolis home since 2013. I approach my work and your decision to enter therapy with openness, respect, and curiosity. My approach is interactive and dynamic, meaning I'll work collaboratively with you in a reflective process to help you achieve your goals and connect with a sense of empowerment. Together we will identify your strengths, increase your insight, and develop skills to foster hope and positive change.

I work with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, perfectionism, relationship issues, existential/spiritual issues, shame, and identity development. I identify as a cisgender, Latina, woman who has a strong commitment to working with diverse and intersecting identities. I work from an anti-oppression lens to create an affirming space for LGBTQIA folks as well as folks from a diverse range of racial, ethnic, and spiritual identities.
