I have been working in the mental health field since 2015 both in the US and abroad. I enjoy helping people with a wide range of challenges including depression, anxiety, stress management, trauma, career decision-making, relationship concerns, faith & values integration, and multicultural concerns.
Creating a warm, judgement-free environment where students feel comfortable to come just as they are is important to me. I utilize humor and directness to help students glean helpful insights to improve their mental health. I am trained in several therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, strengths-based, assertiveness training, spiritual integration, and mindfulness.
I value a holistic and collaborative approach, working with students to create practical goals and work together toward meaningful progress. No lectures, just help.
