I have worked more than a decade in community crisis mental health, inpatient mental health care, and intensive outpatient treatment. I believe that each individual has unique strengths and abilities that will aid them through difficult times. I pull from a variety of therapeutic frameworks, including Solutions-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I enjoy working with individuals struggling with depression and anxiety issues, psychosis, emotional dysregulation, and adjustment issues. It is my intention as a therapist to offer support, warmth, insight, and education to help students meet their goals.
