I provide individual and group psychotherapy that is tailored to address your unique concerns. I provide a non-judgmental and caring presence and aim to help you feel heard and valued. After exploring your concerns and establishing your goals for our work, we will collaboratively determine how to proceed. At all times I am open to feedback, and we will make adjustments as needed. I approach therapy from an integrative perspective, most often working from a psychodynamic, humanistic-existential, and multicultural/feminist perspective. In general, my style balances support and challenge with an added dose of humor. Also, I appreciate art, including music, film, and literature, as a way to articulate and explore your emotional life. I am trained as a generalist and enjoy working with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, perfectionism, relationship issues, existential/spiritual issues, and identity development.
