About Me

The way we relate to ourselves can transform our experience of living. I help clients to access curiosity and confidence to turn toward themselves with helpful intention. Working together, we identify the daily practices that support desired growth and healing. This intentional behavior often replaces habits of avoidance or control that interfere with peace and fulfillment. Mindfulness, play, acceptance, and community engagement are common areas of practice.
