Our behavior can transform our experience of living. I help clients to engage their values, strengths, and desires as motivation to live with intention and purpose. Working together, we identify the daily practices that support desired growth and healing. This intentional behavior often replaces habits of avoidance or control that interfere with peace and fulfillment. Mindfulness, play, acceptance, and community engagement are common areas of practice. I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers and the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science.
