I have worked as a psychotherapist, youth worker, and community mental health counselor in Minnesota, Missouri and Canada. I am committed to creating therapy spaces of safety and validation, recognizing the complex stories you bring to therapy, from urban, suburban, and rural students, students from diverse racial, ethnic and tribal communities, LGBTQIA+ students, immigrant and international students, and students of all faiths. Having conversations that generate hopefulness and possibility, that values your perspectives and knowledge, is a core value for me as your therapist. I work from different therapy approaches, including narrative and solution focused therapies, and multicultural/feminist perspectives. I feel privileged to have the opportunity to support students in living your preferred life. I identify as a cisgender, white, Queer/Lesbian woman.
