I have worked in a variety of settings in mental health, as well as a variety of places including San Francisco, CA, Albuquerque, NM, Northampton, MA, and the Twin Cities. I work collaboratively with students to build on areas of unique strengths and competencies, with dignity and respect being imperative components of care. My mental health approach is holistic and includes exploring many areas of one's life such as emotional and psychological, physical wellness and self-care, and social support, in order to determine where to focus our collective energy. We may determine which patterns and beliefs are helpful vs. harmful and together work to create improved quality of life and functioning for you. Some communities I have a particular commitment to serving include: LGBTQIA+, bi/multi-racial POC individuals, international students, and people interested in holistic wellness. In my time away from work, I enjoy running with my dog, being in the wilderness, and making smoothies.
