I believe that small changes in our diet can make a big impact on our overall health. With my passion for food and nutrition, I enjoy helping others to make healthy lifestyle changes that fit into their busy lives and unique situations. My other interests include trying new recipes out on my husband and son, going for walks and visiting dog parks with our hound dog, and vegetable & herb gardening.
