About Me

As a Physical Therapist, I love the challenge of figuring out the musculoskeletal puzzles that each situation presents, and then both helping the patient understand what's going on and how it can be resolved, and facilitating the healing process. I'm an avid cyclist and bike commuter and have some training in dance and dance medicine as well, but enjoy all manner of physical activity.

As a Health Coach for Physical Activity, I enjoy the full spectrum of situations we see here, from introducing people to exercise who have never exercised in the past to talking about the best strategies for training for a triathlon, and everything in between. It's an honor (and great fun!) to get to know as many of you as we do and to share in the process with you.
