she/her/hers

Mary Clark has Internal Family Systems (IFS) Training, is an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Trained Therapist, and a Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher. Mary also has training in Somatic therapies, Mindful CBT, and motivational interviewing.

The way we relate to ourselves can transform our experience of living. Mary helps clients to access curiosity and confidence to turn toward themselves with helpful intention. Working together, we identify the daily practices that support desired growth and healing. This intentional behavior often replaces habits of avoidance or control that interfere with peace and fulfillment. Mindfulness, play, acceptance, and community engagement are common practice areas.
