Based on the nature of our world, we all spend much time squinting at our screens, probably more than we’d care to admit. Whether you’re spending most of your time looking at your big, medium, or small screen, device overuse may have effects that lead to eye strain. The 20-20-20 rule is a great place to start. The 20-20-20 rule also works as a self-care checkpoint – do you need to get up to stretch, grab a snack or drink some water?
