Quitting tobacco is difficult, but it is possible, and it is easier to do with help.

Combining counseling with nicotine replacement therapy is the most effective way to quit tobacco.

Our smoking cessation counselor will help you make a plan to quit tobacco. You'll receive education, support, and follow-up. Over-the-counter nicotine replacement therapy medication is available at no out-of-pocket cost to students.
